Our commitment is straightforward: we collect only the information necessary to operate our platform, verify your identity, process payments through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and local banks, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it except where required by law or to fulfil the service you request.

Access to robloxc is available only where local law permits. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this privacy policy.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address, phone number, full name, date of birth, and residential address when you open an account on robloxc. This information is necessary to verify your identity, comply with anti-money-laundering rules, and allow us to contact you about your account.

When you deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or other payment methods, we record the transaction details—amount, timestamp, payment processor, and reference ID. We do not store your full bank credentials; the payment processor handles that encryption separately. Our servers retain transaction history so you can review your deposit and withdrawal records at any time.

We also collect behavioural data: your login timestamps, games played, bets placed, account balance snapshots, and device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop). This helps us detect unusual activity and improve the mobile experience on robloxc—for example, we track whether the low-data streaming option is used during peak hours or festivals like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha.
